Dennis Caraher is a singer/songwriter from Northampton, Massachusetts.

“Practicing Dying” is his fifth CD. He has previously released three award-winning CD’s of children’s music: “Bow Wow Baby”, “Dog Bone Town” and “I Miss the Mud”. His awards include the Parents’ Choice Gold and Silver Medals.

“Radio Boy”  (2005) was his first recording for adults.

“Practicing Dying” (2010) grew out of a conversation with a Trappist Monk regarding the brevity of life. It contains 13 songs about death.

Dennis grew up in a large family on an Iowa farm. He currently lives in Northampton, Ma.
