“Radio Boy is an impressive album created by Northampton, Massachusetts musician Dennis Caraher. The album is clearly a change in pace for Caraher, however, with the success that he has created on this album, it should be all but guaranteed that another album should be in the works, hopefully sooner than later.
Caraher’s album is a musical experience of a musical sound that is too often no longer appreciated or heard. His ability to capture what perhaps the Violent Femmes meant about “American Music” is refreshing in a day and age where American musical roots have perhaps been supplanted due to commercialism. Radio Boy is an album that because Caraher sticks to what he is good at will provide for both Caraher in terms of success but more importantly will provide listeners with a positive musical experience.”
